First and foremost, I would like to thank my dear friend and amazing writer, Terese Maria Broosily, for presenting me with this Author's Copy of your book - that was so sweet of you!

Before talking about this book, I must share some of my preconceived notions and assumptions regarding reading in general. I recognize and acknowledge that I have a natural inclination towards novels compared to other forms of writing. It keeps me engaged for long in the process of reading and I mostly understand things as I read. Poetry, on the other hand, with exceptions, leave me perplexed and humorously, a tad bit annoyed at having to decode it when it didn't engage me in the process of reading for as long as I wanted! But that is not to say that I would never read poetry, I would still give it more chances to impress me (though I doubt it's success...)

This line of thinking made me curious as to how a book of quotes will work, and to be more precise, how to read it. Finish it in one go? Read one quote a day? Or randomly select a page and chose that quote for the day? It would be interesting. But when I actually began to read, I found my answer. I couldn't put down the book until I reached the last page!

I understood its nature and how it works — it is inspiration, simple and powerful, which one can tap into to refill the mental and spiritual energy required to keep life going. It is a medicine without side-effects that keep negative thoughts at bay with it's light It is the flint that sparks the dying embers of positivity into roaring flames of hope and possibilities!

Connecting human life with nature, the author illuminates profound truths in the most captivating way. For centuries, nature has taught people valuable lessons in times of crisis and joy. The only requirement is that you observe, feel and understand it. Though everyone is capable of doing this, only the kindest attempt to creatively articulate it, not only for themselves but to benefit others at large.

The most unique feature of this book is how it's indispersed with clippets from the author's writing journey. The way it chances upon us on the way feels like the little rewards or clues you find on a treasure hunt. It adds a human touch to the book, bringing it closer to life.

The myriad of cute and elegant templates and fonts used for the quotes makes it visually appealing and memorable. My only suggestion in this regard is to increase, if possible, the font size or the size of the template for some of the quotes, as it would make it easier to read.

To conclude, this book has been a new experience in my reading journey and one that opened the gates to more diverse writings in my life. So I didn't just enjoy reading this book, I'm enjoying it. I will be coming back to it every now and then for my regular doze of positivity and inspiration.

Once again, Kudos to our author for her first publication, and keep the books coming!

Don't forget to order this amazing book!
